El Aji - Máncora

I was greeted by Eric at the door. A man of charm and excellence. The service was perfect. I ordered a burrito and surpassed all the other Burritos of my life through a pretty stretch! Even I was told tonight, it was 2-4-1 and they kindly offered to wrap my second (although I debat at the table, whether for round 2 or not! the atmosphere oozes with chilled, bohemian, vibes and my cocoa tail is also excellent. My favorite restaurant in Peru. Thank you to Wric and all the wonderful staff! Top drawer stuff!

We went twice and the first time that no one even visited us, although we waited on the table for more than 15 minutes (and the place was not even full! . The second time it took 45 minutes to get the order, and the nachos we ordered for entries came last. Instead of Burritos we got something like crêpes with little protein (we ordered both chicken and beef... and vegetables and beans and rice. Onions were delicious. In a country where customer service is so poor, unless you are visited by Venezuelan employees, this was even poorer.

Really good food, went on a Wednesday so got the 2 for 1 Burritos! Nachos were peng (Finally some actually melted cheese! not massive, but good for a common starter! I wanted more!

BBQ ribs were just one piece with loads of bone and cartilage. Soggy fries. Pork dry and not good. I had worse but for Peru seriously bad!

Muy rico. Pedimos tacos y burrito y todo estuvo riquísimo. La atención estuvo súper también. Súper amables. Se ve la cocina, así q se puede ver q todo está limpio. Lo recomiendo.
