Wawin - Manchester

I haven’t had a decent Chinese meal in years so jumped at the chance to order from here while back in Manchester. A major plus point is that the menu is extensive and the selection is phenomenal. I ordered a lot of food which will have contributed to it being a very expensive meal, but the cost of items could do with being a little less. However, the food was overall fantastic, especially the chicken and sweetcorn soup and the duck pancakes. The spring rolls and the salt and pepper chips were a little bit of let down, but I would certainly order from here again.

I order very frequently from Wawin and I must say, although the food is still good, the quality has declined quite a lot. It is expensive and I’m hoping this is a momentary blip but I’m starting to order from other Chinese restaurants to avoid disappointment

Delightful Chinese takeaway, fake meats were very enjoyable.

Peng. Made me question if it was even vegan at times but peng. Sweet and Sour Salt and Pepper chicken are both amazing, highly recommend.

It was such a treat to have so many options to choose from it’s insane! We tried as many different dishes as we could and they were all delicious. The special fried rice that I’ve never been able to eat in my life was so good, I’d be happy with just a bowl of that!
