The toilets are in the reception area. Although technically connected, you have to walk through the event space. So today, the doors were shut with a “drinks event, staff only” hand written sign stuck on the door. Therefore you had to leave the café building...and walk across to the reception. Seems a pretty basic requirement to have toilets in the main café especially as it’s so large and they aim at families.

Coffee is good if you like it in cardboard cups. They appeared to have some nice cakes for sale. A regular Coffee and a Danish pastry served on large tables with comfortable chairs and you could watch the aircraft landing and taking off The...radiators weren't on and it was freezing cold Wear warm clothes when visiting

Came for lunch as part of our day out at the visitor park. The service here is efficient and friendly with a good choice on the menu. Since our last visit the food is sensibly served on a plate instead of a slate never...quite got that) and you get a decent portion of peas rather than a teaspoon full. Very enjoyable meals.

It looked very nice, the seating was comfortable and the restaurant was clean. We couldn't find toilets in the restaurant and had to go to another building for them, which meant that, if we had the opportunity to eat I would either have to leave...some of the children on their own and go to a separate building or leave our food and take them all. The kitchen was closed and so we ended up using the snack bar. I had checked before we went that they had allergy friendly things for my son but with the kitchen being closed the only option they had to eat was fruit. They did offer soya milk at no extra cost though so he had a couple of choices of drinks. The staff gave me the allergy book to look through, it was well set out and easy to navigate but came apart into separate sheets,which made it a little harder to use. The drinks were nice, although a little expensive. But a disappointing visit.

Came to photo a few aircraft. Very cold so came in here. Much much improved since last time I was here. Now decent coffee and I love my coffee. Do various sandwiches, hot snacks and meals. I had a tuna melt toasted obviously. Delivery of...food chaotic as there is a wait whilst toasting said melt. In meantime various other people waiting and nobody knows which is which. Should have asked for a table number or my name. Apart from that very good
