I am Vietnamese and have tried pho at various restaurants around the world, from Vietnam to San Diego, Washington DC, Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and others.
I haven't tried much Vietnamese food before, so I don't have much to compare it to. However, I can say that the food at Pho was delicious.
