Great service and very helpful staff which made our stay in the lounge, even with flight delays, much more relaxing. I must commend one of your outstanding staff members, Jade. From the moment we arrived, she provided exceptional service that truly enhanced our experience. Jade greeted us warmly and ensured we were comfortable and well taken care of. She went above and beyond to assist us with any queries, providing detailed information and always with a friendly demeanor. I look forward to my next visit knowing I’ll be in excellent hands.
