To begin with. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. We were told from the beginning, it will wait a 30-minute for food. What was expected because it is a busy Sunday tea time. The food was delivered hot and very tasty. Was not constantly upset about how the food tasted massive bonus for the hardworking employees, unlike some restaurants. Always a pleasure to come to this site.

I stayed at the Premier Gasthaus next door due to the stormy weather, and I had both dinner and breakfast here. I can't complain about my Sirloin Steak; it was really good. Despite it being busy, our waitress Jane was incredibly fast and efficient. My only criticism is that the menu doesn’t offer many healthy options. However, breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of both hot and cold dishes. One downside was the lack of coffee. If you stay overnight, there’s a meal deal that includes two dinners, a drink, and breakfast, but unfortunately, we missed it because we only looked at the menu and didn’t notice the offer advertised on the back of it. We could have saved £20, and I’m quite disappointed about that.

My husband ordered the mixed grill, while I had a rump steak. Every part of the meal was delicious; my husband relished his and finished every last bite, while I absolutely loved mine. I'm usually not a fan of chips, but these were exceptional. We felt a bit let down by the desserts, as we had the ice creams, which were on the small side and somewhat overpriced for what they were. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend visiting this place.

The food here is absolutely delicious, and the location is perfect, with easy access to bus services and plenty of parking available. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the discount, as the prices can be a bit on the higher side.

Didn't book ahead however not a problem service was good . Starter arrived in good time however there was no availability of alcohol free drinks except for the usual lagers. Had tap water which was delivered warm and no ice available. Ordered rib eye steak which I was eventually told was not available so caused a delay. The lamb chops substitute was luckily very good.
