Excellent service! I have to give a 5* rate because I was smiling on my face and the personal was really helpful. So I ordered a earthy and frog-frozen, and which was very nice until then, but unfortunately someone had taken my drink by mistakenly saying it was their strawberry refreshment. it was busy at the time and I got absolutely frustration on the baristas face when she had to re drink my drink (in the barista itself, so I know how it is.) I think her name is shi, Lightskin girl with curls. she didn't just drink me again, she made it in a bigger cup and gave me personally, and also gave me a card with a free drink for the next time. appreciate the hard work on yesterday's team. thanks!

Always nothing but good customer service, personal are very friendly and helpful. if they are unsure about any drinks, they help them find their desired drink. diana always puts extra effort with every customer, always smiling and happy, she is a true diamond.

But the doors seem no longer automated, so they are harder to open from outside, and there are almost no seats anymore, thanks to COVID measures. the staff are friendly and helpful, the equipment wheelchair-height, and the food and drinks well made.

Sad to say this was my first Starbucks, at the age if 29! The location is good opposite a Costa and next to a Mcdonalds and Greggs so they have a fair bit if competition. The staff are friendly and the seating upstairs is well designed and sufficient for the footfall. The food and drinks were good.
