Mcdonald's - Manchester

I ordered food for 2 people to be delivered. I received a sealed bag with 2 drinks, but all of the food was missing. There weren't even any straws for the drinks!

The manager at this restaurant was extremely rude and the customer service was terrible. I received the wrong order despite confirming with the staff, and when I questioned it, I was met with attitude. The manager's handling of the situation was unprofessional. Despite paying for their services, they still can't get orders correct. It shouldn't be that difficult.

They wait until you go to pick up your food and pay before informing you that they are out of it.

Whats the point of allowing customers to customize their order if you refuse to accommodate? EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The coupons on the app also don 't work at this location and the only answer a manager can give is we don 't deal with the app . Terrible customer service and employees clearly don 't value the customer. Take your business elsewhere for your own sake.

Not one of the best McD's around. The fries are usually overcooked and doesn't taste great. I've tried it a few times and it has never been like the standard McDonald's.
