The Railroad House Inn - Marietta

Not likely to return, credit to the restaurant owner/proprietor. I was in the area, from across the state, to work a concert when the headliner canceled and left me and the rest of the crew to our own devices. The majority of us relied on the recommendation of a dear friend who lives in the area. We ate, we drank, we rejoiced in the graces of our hosts and the company we keep. Two days later, there came accusations of theft and intentional deceit... from the business owner. While I may not appear to be of the upper crust lattice, I spend money in places where the hospitality excels and reward such hospitality with the credit it is due. The bartender was as cool as the under side of my pillow, he truly made the experience enjoyable. The evening was an impromptu visit to a locally notable establishment that wound up smudged by the baseless accusation of the business owner who must be preoccupied by his estimated stereotypes.

We attended a large group dinner in the Perry Street Cellar. Starting with the ambiance, continuing with the service and ending with the entree's (my husband had the truffle burger and I had the scallops) every single detail was impressive. I've been here several times, date nights, out with friends, etc and I've never been disappointed. Nice place for special occasion. Worth every penny.

We've been here twice now and each time has been fantastic. Clean, friendly, and most importantly amazing food. Will be returning for that Sunday brunch for sure. It's a cute and romantic getaway destination.

Good food and interesting atmosphere. The dining room was on the loud side. The food was tasty but I thought that the little crab cake I added on to my risotto it was overpriced.

Just ok. Had never been here before, and I guess for the price, I was expecting a better ambiance and atmosphere, but it was dark and noisy. The server reminded me of a server from Chili's. The mixed drinks tasted like they forgot the alcohol. Food was good, but nothing amazing. Probably won't be back.
