Starbucks - Manatee County

No espresso for a month! That wipes out half of the menu! Before that waster filtration was down for weeks. Very poor

It was in a hospital, welcomed upgrade to the hospital coffee of my past. Limited menu, but they covered the basics and it is in a hospital, yes I know I said that twice

I waited from 11.57 am to 12.06 pm for a tall freshly brewed with extra cream, while 6 young ppl just chatted. Prominence is given to the drive thru and not customers waiting inside. I actually had to ask if they were going to get me my coffee, they seem unaware that I had ordered anything. I eventually got it and left...there was no extra cream and I had to ask for sugar because they still don't have self service, even after the plan-demenic restrictions have been cleared. Last week they mixed up my order with someone elses through the drive thru..that's all u get....2 tries, I will not be returning.

This is the worst Starbucks The bathroom smells like nyc subway disgusting filthy walls fllors sink n toilet.

Ok, yes it is Starbucks but hear me out. These folks were awesome! Kathy deserves special mention. Super cheerful and friendly. She totally pumped up her teammates. Made my morning! And of course consistently good coffee is a plus!
