Wawa - Manassas

Cigarette smokers push the only entrance to Wawa 5/2/22 9:48. I hate going through a cloud of secondhand cigarette smoke to get access to a building. A panhandler was crowned only 3 meters from the main entrance. There was no way to avoid the panhandler. He held out his hand, but said nothing verbally. I had to hand him close enough with my child to save us. I asked Colleen at the checkout station whether cigarette smokers can smoke so close to the entrance. I told her I thought there was a Virginia law that needed smokers at least 20 feet from an entrance. Colleen claims she doesn't know the statutes. Colleen radioed to Carlos and he asked the panhandler not to smoke near the entrance, but the guy wasn't gone. Wawa has great products, but the smokers and slippers at the entrance pull off from the experience.

Official Wawa on point. Wifey is like a coffee connoisseur and gave Wawa coffee the gold medal. I'm guessing that's a green light for those interested in the fine arts of coffee drinking. I usually go for the Oreo cookie smoothie, which is like crack and has me coming back on a weekly basis for our... So yeah, it's delicious. Also got this awesome Matcha smoothie that's banging. Service is fast, efficient, and great quality. Salute to my local Wawa for setting the standard.

I came in for a muffin coffee. The nice young lady on the register (Tyshay) was so kind and welcoming. She definitely made my morning. Keep being positive! It helps normal people like me boost in confidence. Thank you Wawa !

I really appreciate the great attitudes from all of the employees at this location. They are always so friendly and courteous! I tend to just get coffee here and i have no complaints, the mixing station is clean and well stocked and the coffee is hot. The line does get long sometimes but i usually see another cashier get sent to help when that happens.

Every time I?m here the lady at the register is so positive. She says she appreciates and loves everyone and while I?m sure most people would find this odd. It really does help. Her customer service is excellent and always friendly and her words can really help when your having a rough day. She tells everyone they are good looking and that she loves them. Ya never know who may be having a rough day or just need some positivity in their life and this lady really personifies what I think is above and beyond excellent customer service. Thank you
