Panda Express - Manassas

Wonderful experience. My partner and I stopped by for dinner on a Friday evening with the intention of getting takeout. Surprisingly, we were in and out within 5 minutes. While it would have been nice to stay longer, the staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant. We had a great time chatting and joking with them, which made our quick visit enjoyable. They even offered to grab chilled drinks from the fridge in the back for us, as the ones we had grabbed were not as cold as we would have liked. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Average experience. Love their veggie spring rolls and cream cheese Rangoon. The two ducks were room temperature, so I had to heat them up before eating.

Usually Panda is great, but this particular location was not up to par. The bathroom was dirty, there was no hand sanitizer available, and the staff seemed untrained. I decided to leave and will not be returning to this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is always fresh. All of the employees are very pleasant and they have hired the right people. There is an employee named KJ who makes the experience even better. His sweet, courteous, happy, and genuine personality is contagious. I would give him 1000 stars if I could. I have been visiting this place for years and have always had a pleasant experience with their packed dishes whether for delivery or pickup. The only downside is that they have recently been putting too much cabbage in the Chow. Thank you.

Rivina provided amazing customer service this evening. We didn?t want to cook after a long trip and we went in after they had closed. Rivina was amazing and let us still purchase a family meal and stayed late to serve us. Food at this location is always top notch of all the different Panda Express locations I?ve been too. But great location, great customer service, and good food. Good job Rivina you provide great service !
