Mcdonald's - Manassas

If this restaurant could receive a rating of 0 stars, they would definitely deserve it for their slow delivery service.

Nice fresh fries. our big mac buttermilk huh was gross. the pumpkin cream pie was delicious! I will eat 5-10 lbs this pumpkin cream cake! yummm! is it?

I was once served two perfect QPCs at this restaurant, but every other time they have been subpar. I know you are capable of doing a good job, as you have proved it before. Why can't you be consistent?

The drive-thru lanes have narrow corners, especially for larger vehicles like limousines or trucks. This McDonald's location may have slower service due to high demand, but human error is still possible. The chicken nuggets and fries were satisfactory. The server did not offer any dipping sauce and, when asked, did not have any available.

I went with a good friend and though I didn't order anything, her order was wrong and they were not willing to be help with a solution to her needs for her meal....you know like in customer service. Though we did take up the drive thru line because she was unsure of the solution of meal for her kids; they were not very helpful at all.
