Mcdonald's - Manassas

9 times out of 10 they get my order wrong. Not friendly at all and they will argue over their own mistake.

Can't get the order right at all. Absolute potatoes. Have given them multiple opportunities to get it right. The only thing they're consistent at is screwing up my kids burger.

Would give a 0 if able. Customer service is awful, with terrible attitudes, especially in the drive thru.

I used to stop at this place for breakfast and dinners if i had to work late since it was a few minutes from work but now I will drive out of the way even if it add time to my commutes to go else where. The workers apparently don't understand mcdonalds cups sizing systems even though its clearly printed on the cups almost every time i when they would give me the wrong size for the ice coffees, for some reason the night shift doesn't take cards, and I've had it on more then one occasion they act like they can't hear you even if your yelling at the speaker. So ok I'll take the hint, yall don't want my money, I'll take to the burger King across the street or the other options down the road

Waiting in line for 25+ minutes nobody answered while everyone waited, at least let us know you can’t accept orders.Associates need coaching.
