Little Caesars Pizza - Manassas

Placed a delivery order, half showed up, I called the driver and he blamed the restaurant, we called the restaurant the cashier blamed the driver, her answer you have come And pick it up well I said if I have to pick it up you have to return the delivery fee!, quick and stupid answers we don 't DO refunds and we don 't do deliveries, since is the driver 's fault BECAUSE they COME and grab the orders WE Don 't CHECK WHAT THEY TAKE , no apologies, her answers were so quick that it looks like this was a game for her, they are so used to this, thanks for showing the lak of customer services and how little they care for customers, because simply THEY DON 'T CARE, THEY SHOULD TURN OFF THE DELIVERY SERVICE, INSTEAD OF SCAMING CUSTOMER BY CHARGING DELIVERY FEES AND FORCING THEM TO PICK UP THE REST OF THE ORDERS.

My order was ready in great timing, though the young lady working was busy. She took the time out to let the other guest know that she was going to help me get the food to my car. It was nice to see someone take the initiative and provide additional customer service excellently.

They closed at 9pm on Christmas eve. The note posted at the door clearly says 10pm. The guys who were closing pointed me to that note that clearly states 10pm not 9pm and were confused themselves about the hours. They also said that their boss told them to close at 9pm. Poor service.

Amazing location for a pizza! The employees are always helpful and the pizza is almost always consistently great! Pizza, pizza... lives on.

This location has poor service.The manager needs to pay attention to the performance of the most skinny girl among them.She is very rude.
