Kfc - Manassas

I would give this restaurant 2 stars for the biscuits and the good customer service. However, the 3-piece fried chicken was soggy, and the breast was rubbery. The mashed potatoes were thin and watery. The Chicken Little sandwich was dry and difficult to chew. The biscuits were definitely the highlight of my meal, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location.

I’m a regular customer at this restaurant and usually enjoy good service, but my experience yesterday was disappointing. I ordered the four-piece chicken strip combo, but the chicken was tough and overcooked—hardly edible. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive a receipt, or a cookie, and there were no utensils or napkins included, nor any barbecue sauce. I even tried calling the store, but no one answered.

I didn't receive part of my order, I wasn't given a receipt, and they won't answer the phone, yet they still managed to charge me full price for everything, including the items I didn't receive. After driving back to KFC, they picked up the phone while I was in line since that's the only way to get in touch with anyone. I was told that being charged for food I didn't get isn't considered theft. They explained that they don't answer the phones because they are busy. Yes, I know—I’m in line for the second time. It’s great that you’re getting paid, but I’m not, and all I got was a wasted trip. When my food was finally brought out, it was tossed at me without a word. What an experience! I will definitely return if I ever want to experience the worst service possible.

Restaurant had NO grilled chicken. Ordered full wings, regular. Received mini wings spicy!! No receipt. Didn?t discover error until we got home. Was NOT going back.

Horrible experience, will never order at this location again. Get a new manager! We have pictures of what we received VS. what we ordered. They just threw whatever In the bag. We called to speak to management next day and told them we have the pictures and receipt. It?s obvious it?s not what we ordered. Chicken strips instead of wings, Mac instead of corn, strips in the chicken sandwich, wrong drink. Ridiculous. Manager then implied we wanted free food and refused to give ushis name so we can report him after insulting us. We get paid very well In our careers buddy (not jobs), steal food from KFC? ???? lmao. We only ate some because we were hungry! It was midnight or maybe later. But plenty of food was leftover in the trash! It?s the principle, we didn?t get what we ordered and paid for. Don?t like your job guy???? Quit!
