Carmello's Of Old Town Manassas

That was by far the best I had in manassas. I've been thinking every day about the melt in the mouthbed since I got it, and if I could, I'd be here every night. the prizes are high, but well deserved...it is not a place that gives them tiny portions, they get good sizes for their money! service is great and the drinks were great. I'll be right back. P.S definitiw beautiful clothes wear, we made the mistake to stroll in jeans and T-shirts

Bottom line up front the food was good but service was not good. For a restaurant billing itself as fine dining, it was unacceptably poor. Bad enough that it ruined our dinner. I won’t relay all the details, but we waited 20+ minutes and had to flag a busboy to get a server to come to the table. (Yes, we had reservations. It didn’t improve from there being very slow and inattentive, with incorrect items brought. Now, the food itself was tasty. I had braised short ribs which were nice and tender with good flavor. The meal was only lukewarm though. Maybe from sitting too long ? My wife liked her special of crab stuffed lobster.

Beautiful dinner and service. sybil was our server and she was very attentive. soup was delicious as well as the calves.

We've dined here several times and we always enjoy the food, service, and overall experience.
