Learn to get their orders right. they can not just scrape unwanted spicy, cover with cheese, and think the customer will not notice. disgusting. not the first time you messed up, but that's the last. there is a reason why the kfc is always busy next door.
I know that my order can be complicated and birger king gets it in the rule wrong, especially when they order through the drive thru. this time I ordered online so there can be no miscommunication. when I was there to get it, it wasn't ready to fix it while it was waiting. I get my order that my food is cold, which made the burger in the grunde, but they wanted because my instructions were not followed. the bright side is at least the soda was cold. wonderful experience.
Once again the king disappoints! I go from my usual (2bisuits)and was informed by the staff that there were no biscuits available .this was at 9:30 breakfast was on for another hour and I found this once again a huge inconvenience as I had to go to McDonald's in order to get my biscuit fix. I run into this at several of the Burger King's in the Manassas society and can only conclude that they're trying to save on their inventory cost. Haven't been in the fast food business the best way to fix your inventory is sell food Not run out of it?
