Subway Dataran Pahlawan - Malacca

Staff good and food good, but it is so COLD COLD COOOOLD. I actually came yesterday and I could only do it a few minutes. Today I came back with full winter clothing and it is still ice cold. I complained to the staff and they said it was the mall, but the mall is comfortable. The ventilation openings are located on the subway property. Please repair this as you need to lose so much custom over a restaurant that no one can reasonably use.

This is one of the branch I've always frequented but today's visit was too much. Firstly, I was told Tuna, Meatball and Steak Cheese were not available so my wifr had to change to Roasted Chicken. I ordered 3 roasted chicken 1 Melt. During roasting, 1 of the roasted chicken fell in the oven so they took new chicken and roasted it alone. After roasting, the bread was over roasted so it became too crunchy. Not only several menu not available, the veggies also. There were no olives and onions, which were my favourites! Then I add on 2 large drinks, without ice! There was sticker saying ice not available. When I arrived at the table to eat, then I noticed there was no tissue/paper napkin provided! The dining area was also not cleaned. Patrons were also seen leaving the trays on the table. With only 2 staffs around, tables were not cleaned and floor was dirty. In my opinion, more staffs should be made available as weekends are the time where the number of patrons increases. Receipt date and time was 6th Oct 18 at 1355hrs.

WORST subway branch ever! Staff doesnt response nor look at you. Order subway with all the vegetables but came home only realise only given lettuce with the other vegetables. Totally unacceptable. Subway Malaysia please sack all the staff at Mahkota Parade branch if they are behaving like this. Dont believe me please go and check for yourself. I dont think i ever going to go any subway anymore. Please do somehting management if u r reading this!

Once happened that the staff was not friendly, no smile and customer feels not welcoming. No sink to wash hand, have to go to nearest toilet to wash. Today, soft drink- ice lemon tea and fresh orange out of stock. No choice have to drink carbonated.

I came to subway mahkota parade two days ago to order tuna egg cheese but one of the staff said that not available the breakfast only before 11. I said now not 11am yet but the staff rudely ignore me. Better improve the time of the breakfast time if you dont want to do the breakfast often.
