Very good taste of Wa Tan Hor and Mee Suah soup, also order fry oxyster with eggs and vegetables. The food is sold at 1 o'clock.
For a local streetside tea house this was very good, as a variety of food was offered for breakfast, except boring sandwiches. Have us fried bitter gourd, omelette, noodle soup and fried noodles and all tasted great. Open early for a big start of the day. You can choose portion size for many dishes. The coffee was typically local. It's a place full of local character.
A hidden jewel in the heart of Malacca. It was a rainy cold morning and we specialized in this inconvenient ice cream. The place is fully managed by the owners and the flagship dish is the Meesua soup. We ordered 3 shells of it and added an oyster omelette or known as or chien. It has many pigs inerds, lean pork, oysters and veggie. The soup tasted really good with an addition of some ****. This is comfort food especially on a rainy morning. Oyster Omelette was not exceptional, but eggs are never wrong in the morning. They offer camping koh chili sauce that goes very well with the omelette. I think that there is no or no Msg in the soup, because there is no sensitive reaction afterwards. Just handle is the coffee. It wasn't a version I liked, ie a tad diluted for my pleasure, ie. Malaysians would refer to insufficient chewing. The kitchen is managed by the owners an old couple. They cook and serve every bowl at a time, so if there is a lot, it can wait a long time. But if I look at her chef, nobody would be able to complain. Payment by e-book is therefore accepted conveniently here.
Was looking for a simple home cooked fare for breakfast around the Jonker food street area and chanced upon this gem! Menu is simple choose dry or soup version and type of noodles you prefer. I chose kway teow and tried both dry and soup both are good!
