Karay Mario - Mahebourg

Without knowing we ended up on one of the best restaurants on the island. Delicious and typical Mauritian food. We were very well received and although we had no reservation they managed to get us a table. Octopus Curry, Pork with Ginger and a Delicious Pork with Tomato were the stars of the meal, that ended up with a fabulous flan pudin. A mandatory visit when you visit Mauritius.

Great to find something authentic and that did not disappoint. Lived up to what I was expecting. The food is tasty and well presented. Will definitely go back.

A delightful and delicious local cuisine dishes in a wonderful setting that recalls us of our childhood days. Highly recommend this magic place for lunch if you want to have a delicious taste.

Nice little restaurant off the beaten path very relaxing atmosphere the staff was very attentive to our needs. The food was delicious and very Mauritian.
