The guy at the reception was very kind, but he didn't give us a solution, in one of the rooms the air conditioning didn't work and they didn't fix it, while the gate to the terrace didn't work either, so it was an oven at night. They also never cleaned the room during our stay. But the experiences we suffered when we left the beach club on two occasions because foreigners came and gave them preference, was very demeaning.
