Snappy's Italian - Maggie Valley

We waited 2 hours for our food and never received it. We waited 45 minutes for a table and another hour and 30 minutes after being seated for our food. We had only ordered a pizza, drinks, and an appetizer. We received drinks and appetizers an hour into our wait after we asked when our food would be ready. We were told our pizza was in the oven and would be out in 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes passed and we hadn?t got our pizza. We asked them what was happening and they said they would re-take our order. After that we decided to leave because it was almost 9pm. They still tried to charge us for all of our food ordered, even the pizza we didn?t receive. After negotiating, we ended up spending $40 for drinks and our appetizers, after our 2 hour wait for food we didn?t get. Disgusted at our experience, and laughing at the audacity to call this place Snappy.

Hidden gem! We were craving pizza and found this little place. The wait was long and we wanted to see the sunset and we knew we would miss it if we waited, but the man in the kitchen said go see the sunset and I 'll be here to make your pizza when you get back . The hours are until 9:00 p.m. but we got back right at 9:00 and they made sure we got our pizza. They are short staffed just like everyone so be patient. The pizza was delicious!!! The staff was amazing, kind, and they go out of their way to make sure they accommodate everyone! Definitely give this place a try.

Oh man! This place is delicious and the portions are huge! Best pizza sauce i think I have ever had! My wife got the meatloaf and I got the calzone. Both were amazing!

I have traveled all over the country north, south, east and west. I have eaten at a lot of Italian restaurants all throughout the country and I can honestly say, Snappy's food is most definitely and without a doubt some of the best I have eaten. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is nice for a sit-down dinner and Garrett is a great guy and a great chef! I highly, highly recommend Snappy's when you visit Maggie Valley, you will not regret it!!

We took my son there for his Birthday because the reviews on line were good and it was close to where we were staying. I have to say that that was the worst Italian food we have ever had. My son and I got the chicken marsala, I swear it was chicken with cream of chicken soup over noodles, My husband ordered another dish that was not very good either. We have since gone to other Italian restaurants in the area and all of them are so much better than Snappy's, Do not waist your time and money
