Snappys Italian Pizzeria

The service was excellent, the food was delicious. come hungry, because if you want to leave. I'd eat here in a way. I would also recommend this restaurant to other people.

When we first sat in the line, the hostess continued with a lingerie brush to remove the dog hair from her clothes and calmed that she had 2 dogs. no good first impression. the food was fair, and I had to go back to the service area to get the bathroom that was left out of our order. many of the elements in the menu were not available. I wouldn't recommend it.

We have eaten here on our visit at the maggie valley and had always enjoyed the food and service. the good news is that eating is still excellent. the chicken parmigiana my wife was cooked exactly right and the sauce had a good taste. I chose lasagna mostly because I could not decide what else to order and knew that my wife would share a little of her chicken parm. I had the lasagna here before and it was not disappointed at this visit. it was a perfect combination of pasta, bark meat and wonderful cheese! Unfortunately, the service at this visit did not do the food justice. for example. the server brought me ranch dressing instead of the blue cheese I had ordered. no big thing really, as I just gave my wife the ranch since the vinaigrette dressing, since the vinaigrette was not what the server had described. no big thing. except the server did not bring my blue with cheese until I was good in my lasagna and I prefer to eat my salat first. I am ashamed that the hospitality industry has been hit hard in recent years. I try to practice a full of geduld, but I expect that there is a real effort on the part of the staff, and this immature was missing from this visit.

Sad, and I mean sad, I gave a restaurant that I enjoyed in running the years a 1-star review. I've been here since 1994. eating here is amazing. they will not be able to finish their plate because the portion sizes are massive. I was once said that the owner weighs every part of the pasta and it must be at least one pfund. there are pizzas to the best I had everywhere. but tonight, 6/3/22 my son and I were not waiting for it. we waited for 10 minutes when the staff went back and forth before we quit. Finally, one of the kitchen staff came to rest and informed the waiting staff they had. a woman said I'm not a waitress tonight. the three other employees have barely recognized us and said we will soon be with them. Normally, the staff takes their names and advises a waiting period, instead they went back and forth and said that we will soon be with them. after I had weighed 5 minutes, my son and I left. I am disappointed. I understand that the help is difficult to get lately, but they weren't so busy that they couldn't sit and got our drink job. I would have liked to wait if they had done that. I give snappy's other chance, and if the service is somewhat better, I give this restaurant the 5-star review they deserve.

Good pizza and service. Keep an eye out as their sign looks to be down so easy to mis. We stayed across the street so an easy walk. Wait staff was really nice. We will be back.
