Urban Fire - Madison

Urban fire serves the best pizza in the area, hands down. Their cakes begin with a light and airy but still considerable crust with just the right amount of wood flavor from the oven. From there, you can get a cake of their design or create your own from a long list of toppings that include traditional (caramelized onions), innovative (hot honey) and luxurious (pancetta). You also offer the best rice balls I've ever had Grandma, if you can hear me up there, please forgive me for saying that, but it's true! The property in the area has created a cozy but sophisticated atmosphere that is family-friendly. You even have a complete changing table and garbage bag dispenser in the toilet room. The restaurant walls are full of old family pictures. And to finish it, it is BYOB and there is parking. Give Urban Fire a try and you don't want to eat any other pizza again.

Urban Fire is an amazing small place with great taste. Your own pizza 's are fresh and tasty. The Tortufo was my favorite!! Anthony is a treasure and could not have been nicer!! The zeppoles immersed in Nutella were a good way to end the night! Thank you for a great dinner!!!

So ma.ny elections! Delicious ingredients. Every cake is only made for you, but didn't last long before it was finished. I would recommend Urban Fire for lunch or dinner. A real step up from the ordinary

Porchetta sandwich was delish. Margherita pie was light, airy, and packed with flavor. Added a bit of the hot honey and all of the flavors came together nicely. The owner is a great guy too. Straight out of Brooklyn.
