Takumi Japanese - Madison

Initially, we were worried that Takumi had permanently closed. However, we soon discovered that they had relocated to a new spot just around the corner and rebranded as Niji Asian Cuisine. The new venue is much larger and beautifully decorated. The food remains just as delicious as we remembered from Takumi! Many of the familiar staff are still there too! We will definitely be returning!

Consistently excellent dining experience. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, the restaurant is spotless, and the service is very attentive.

This restaurant is almost always bustling with people enjoying great food and each other's company. We placed a to-go order, and when it wasn't ready on time, a kind gentleman from the front counter brought it out to us. Thank you once again for the thoughtful service!

A sweet little restaurant. Fresh fish, good food, and they care.
