The Coopers Tavern, by far their fried cheese curds, were the best. I gave them 5 stars for the cheese curds and Adams soup. My 3 steak sliders were not what I expected. The patties were tender but very bland even with the caramelized onions on top. It needed a little salt. The pretzel buns were good, soft, and fresh. The Adam's soup was delicious, creamy, and flavorful. I could eat a big bowl of it with the cheese curds and would be satisfied for the entire day. My husband's kimchi smashed burger was delightful, very tast. The kimchi was delicious!!! Service was fast, fully happy with the quick service since I was starving. Next time I'm in Madison, I will dine at Coopers again.

I dropped by for lunch on a weekday and found the ambiance to be quite pleasant. There were soccer games playing on the televisions, but they weren't too loud or distracting. I ordered the Kimchi burger with fries, and it was a great choice—juicy and flavorful. The fries were a tad overcooked, but the portion size was just right for me—not too much or too little. There were plenty of appealing options on the menu as well. I’ll definitely be returning!
