Hawk's - Madison

This was an excellent sports bar for watching the Packers game, enjoying some beers, and having a meal. The bartender was quick and attentive to the customers. The food was fantastic as well! I highly recommend the Hawk’s burger and the cheese curds. Overall, I had a wonderful experience on my first visit to Madison!

It's a typical college bar, which is about what you'd anticipate.

They advertised cheese curds, but what they served were simply bits of mozzarella that were breaded and fried. This is NOT cheese curds. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Hawks is one of Madison's hidden gems. While it's a popular spot for a younger crowd looking for a fun night out, it also offers a wonderful atmosphere for those seeking a pleasant evening, a cozy outing, or just a leisurely meal. The food is outstanding, with exciting evening specials that keep things fresh and appealing. The staff is fantastic—seriously, the service here is top-notch. They go above and beyond for families, and the bar managers excel in customer service. I couldn't be happier with the chefs and their supporting staff. Everything is really good, so I highly recommend giving it a try. It’s my favorite place to enjoy FIFA with friends!

This is a fantastic spot located right on State Street. I stopped by for lunch, and my entire family enjoyed their meals. The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious at a fair price. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
