My girlfriend says that when the Mexican people who were put there to serve them why they didn't want to serve them because they don't leave a tip and the food is thrown on the floor and they pick it up and use it. They say that the soda machine is so dirty that something dirty like honey comes out of it. When they make tea, they use the same gallons without washing them. He says that they even have green inside the gallons. He also says that they never, ever wash their hands. The owner smokes over the food. They never cover the rice and it's so full of flies all day and yes. You are rude to them on the phone, they block you, these people were very jealous of my girlfriend, they always stole her tips and they didn't like her serving people who left tips because they are very envious. They also told me that they brush their teeth. and there it is rinsed where one washes dishes. They never used chlorine to wash the dishes. They also reported us to the health department.
The fried dumplings and hot and sour soup (potstickers, hot sour soup) are super delicious. They are the best I have eaten in the past few years since I came to the United States. After chatting with the store clerk, I found out that they insisted on making the dumplings fresh on the day. It was obvious that the dough was on a completely different level than the frozen ones, and the fillings were juicy and flavorful. It just so happens that I really want to eat authentic fried dumplings recently. It completely relieved my homesickness and almost made me cry!The hot and sour soup is very Hong Kong style, with just the right taste without being too choking.I also ordered Kung Pao Chicken Rice and stir-fried vegetables that day. It tasted more American, but it was also very delicious!I didn’t expect that I would come across this treasure shop just when I was traveling. I really appreciate the boss’s hard work and highly recommend it???
Worse customer service ever. They are straight up rude. no excuse to how to treat people. It shouldn’t matter if it’s a customer or not. You don’t treat anyone rudely, in general. For example, I walked and there was a waitress at the front. I made eye contact, smiled, said hello. She just ignored me. I felted disrespected and like as if I wasn’t welcome. I called about 10 times to place and order and was hanged up on every single time. When I was finally able to place an order, I get there during my 30 min lunch and my food was not even ready when the order was placing 45 min in advance. Worse place ever to eat during a lunch break!!! The owner family member is also so rude to everyone
To sum it up, the food is delicious but the service is terrible. I’ll start with the pros. The food is delicious. No doubt about it. The noodles in chow mein aren’t extra watery but just right. The portions are sizable. You’ll have leftovers, for sure. The atmosphere inside is comfortable and calm, quite enjoyable for a meal. Here’s where the problems arise. The girls the work the front of the house lack people skills. They are straight up rude. Mind you, they are young and have attitudes like they just graduated from high school but that’s not an excuse to how to treat people. It shouldn’t matter if it’s a customer or not. You don’t treat anyone rudely, in general. For example, I walked and there was a waitress at the front. I made eye contact, smiled, said hello. She just ignored me. I felted disrespected and like as if I wasn’t welcome. Anyways, I brushed it off, thinking it wouldn’t be a big deal. When my food was ready, she practically slammed the plate on the table, ask if I wanted anything else, and was quick to turn around and walk away. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but I didn’t feel very comfortable with the attitude she was giving off. Anyways, I come for the food, not to be serviced. If I could, I would rather pick up my food and walk to the table myself. It’s just disappointing that people don’t treat you as a human being.
