Ranchos Liberty Cafe - Madera

My husband and I were recommended to this restaurant by a friend. We live 45 minutes away in Merced, but it was definitely worth the drive! We have dined here 4-5 times and have never had a bad meal. The quality and quantity of the food is above average. Tonight, one of the owners, Jefferson, came over to introduce himself because he recognized that we were not regular customers. He was a very respectful and polite young man. In a time where good customer service is hard to come by, this place has it all. I love seeing all the employees working with a smile. We will definitely continue to make the 45-minute drive to support this restaurant. Overall, we give it an A+ rating.

I dine at this restaurant frequently. I adore the food, all of it. Our go-to order is usually a large sampler platter followed by our main dishes. Everything is delicious. The burgers are exceptional, especially the massive Cowboy burger which is enough for two meals. The breakfast options are also fantastic. I have never been disappointed with a meal here.

Great place to eat! My friend invited me and she always comes here. It was my first time, and hopefully I will come again. I really enjoyed it.

We had the horned beef special for st patrick’s day and it was wonderful! flattering and tender!

We love this place! beautiful tri-tip sandwiches with perfectly crispy fries or the delicious chile verde omelette with homemade flour tortillas. something for everyone! we are always greeted with the warmest greetings and never had a bad service experience.
