We love Baskin in Madera, very clean and friendly service. We love Fia she always takes care of us: We look forward to seeing her whenever we go in.

Delicious strawberry sundae and sister had the banana split both delicious and what a friendly staff

They are so friendly and welcoming but when I wanted to start ordering I have noticed they are serving the people and taking the ice cream they’re not wearing gloves I had to step out that is no no in the food industry

Emily is awesome she is so nice and friendly, excellent customer service from her part, she put a smile on my face because of her smile and willingness to provide good service, it’s 12/13/23 and I didn’t get the other girls name that was there also but was also nice, friendly and has a great smile. These should get a raise definitely deserve more than the minimum !!!!!

Closing door on customer at 9:52pm when closing time says 10pm on Fridays. i told employee its not 10pm yet he didn 't answer and told me to get the out on my face. will be reporting to franchise. should have my phone out and recorded it to people to know.....
