Arby's - Madera

Worse food ever mac and cheese was cold then the ladies told us oh well go use the microwave and was rude.

Such great customer service and friendly staff! Very clean! Quick service! Stopped by randomly on our way up north and definitely enjoyed the stop. Nice dog park in the parking lot too. Easy highway access!

Even after asking her if everything was in the bag and her saying yes, my daughter's French fries were missing...They seem to be running low on bags since they shoved everything into one bag...My curly fries were cold and dehydrated and broken into peices... the sandwiches were slapped together and cold... the boneless buffalo wings were a little cold but warmed up they were good, and my daughter enjoyed her mac n cheese...

The food was disgusting and honestly I don't mean this to be rude but this is the second time I've been to Arby's and I've had the same result as the first. (Graphic words ahead be warned) I've had major diarrhea and nausea since eating this food. I feel so weak from how sick I feel and it's honestly the worst experience I've had as far as fast food. Wish I had better to say but I will not be returning to Arby's ever unless it was maybe a soda.

I tried to tell the cashier that I couldn't see the screen for the menu combinations and she came out from behind the counter yelling at me to not yell at her when I never did. It's not my fault that she was in a bad mood and her job sucks!! I will never go back there again and I suggest no one ever go there either!! They customer service is beyond horrible!!!!!!!!
