I often dine at this restaurant, but today I decided to get a Rice Krispie treat with my lunch. To my surprise, as I was breaking it apart, I found a long string of hair in it. It was completely gross. I couldn't even bring myself to eat the pasta I bought. This meal was a total waste of money.

The restaurant is handicap accessible if you have someone to assist with opening the door. You can place your order in person or through the app, and they offer both curbside pickup and in-store pickup, which is convenient. You can also dine in at the restaurant. The menu is focused on pasta dishes, which are made to order. You have the option to add protein to the pasta dishes or leave it off. They also offer a new pasta dish with protein. The main entrees were good, but the rice crispy treats were disappointing as they were mushy and fell apart when unwrapped.

I ordered ?just fettuccine and alfredo? and they gave me the entire meal with everything added and it doesnt help i live 30 minutes from location, complete waste of 12 dollars, apparently you have to be very specific about your order or they will giveyou whatever they want

I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant through their app. They mistakenly triple charged my credit card, never resolved the issue, and only sent me a brief apology via email. I requested reimbursement, even in the form of store credit, but received no response from them. It seems like they prioritize taking customers' money rather than providing good service.

I absolutely adore this restaurant, it is definitely the top choice in the area. They have never made a mistake with my order and always remember to include a fork when requested. The food is scrumptious and the portion sizes are generous, which is something other places often lack. The service is exceptional, the atmosphere is great, and I highly recommend trying the BBQ Chicken Mac, Wisconsin Mac Cheese, and Japanese Pan Noodles. This spot is perfect for a quick and affordable lunch option.
