The quality of Tom and Jerry’s food and service has been phenomenal all of the years that I’ve been a customer of this establishment. The Gyros are among the best in the area #1 in my opinion, and the sides and other sandwich choices they provide are excellent as well. Not to mention, the employees and managers of this location have always greeted me with happiness and respect, which is hard to find in the food service nowadays. Overall, Tom and Jerry’s gets the Backley seal of approval.

I had my first ever bad experience at Tom Jerry’s I ordered a gyro and a soda. When I went to get my drink, the Pepsi machine was changed back to the older version with very limited choices. My only option was the flavored water- no other caffeine-free (low sugar) options. When I was told that the flavored water was out, I asked for a refund for my soda. I was told by a worker that I could have a refund… it never happened.

The meals can be somewhat expensive, but the food is truly excellent. Their ice cream cones are fantastic and the best value you'll find anywhere. However, the heating and air conditioning vents above the dining area could use a thorough cleaning; I was worried that dust bunnies might fall into my food.
