Sprzężenie zwrotne

Just a heads up, this restaurant isn't owned or managed by the same people as the other Happy Woks in town! I made the mistake of ordering from here without checking the prices because I've been going to the other Happy Woks for years and already knew their prices. Well, I got caught off guard. The family-sized combination fried rice here costs 42% more than at the other locations—$10.82 compared to just $7.57! I won't be returning!
On my next order, two out of three items were fine, but one dish was drowned in sauce, resembling soup—specifically, lo mein soup. It was inedible. They offered me a credit for that meal, so I decided to try again using the credit. Unfortunately, this last order was the final straw; two out of three items were so spicy that they were unmanageable. We regularly enjoy spicy food, but this was on a different level—like something from a hot wing challenge that burns the mouth. At this point, I’ve had enough. I’ve given this restaurant several chances, but I refuse to keep wasting my money.
Additionally, the pea pods I specifically requested were missing altogether, and the bamboo was cut into oddly-shaped cubes. There were a few frozen peas mixed in, but overall, I wasn't impressed. There was also a lack of shrimp—a letdown compared to what most local places serve, which usually come with a generous portion. Because of this experience, I won't be ordering fried rice or Asian food from them again. However, I might consider getting some Broasters chicken if I find myself in need of a quick meal while doing laundry next door.
The food at The Happy Wok was quite good, with reasonable portion sizes for the price. However, I had a disappointing experience at Broasters for the first time tonight. Although we live only about four minutes away, our food arrived soggy. They promote their buffalo wings, but what I received were just poppers tossed in hot sauce. The fish had an awful smell and taste—I couldn't even eat half of it. Additionally, they forgot a couple of items from our order. I called to let them know, and they were very apologetic and brought it out right away. Their customer service is excellent, but unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations.
