We were actually yelled at by staff for asking why our two drinks (with no customizations) took 20 minutes to make. One staff member chased someone out of the bathroom and then went back to making orders without washing their hands.
I went to this Starbucks on 10/13 the lady taking my order was so vibrant and energetic I loved her energy, I get to the window and she?s still so energetic and the customer before me took off and left their order so she gave me their drinks. Service is slow here. Came 11/8 9am in the drive thru line for over 40 minutes. I don?t get why it takes so long to long. Then they say they don?t have sugar? What how?
This place needs more employees. I preordered my drink and snack. When i arrived it still wasn't ready. It took 20 minutes for coffee. Plus they were out of many food items. I had to choose something from what they had left over. The workers were trying their best to get all the orders out. So many people were waiting inside and in drive-thru.
This place it is a good place buttttt a Lady called Carol it is a rude person!!! I did an pick up order and I just ask something about my order and she just be so rude for NO REASON just because dont want to answer about her job... I attach my order and the time...
