Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Lynwood

Oh, no very bad service. I walked in for a reason. That reason was to see how a new Popeyes will look.. They chure ain 't short staff, all rookies and don 't even see a manager here. Counted like 10 staff in that location. And still took long to give me my order. You should let all people waiting for there orders to move away from counter ESPECIALLY, people waiting on there fresh chicken nuggets! Have a nice day.

Ordered 2 family meals (drive thru) They told me to park in the front. Waited close to 15 minutes to receive my food. Got home, and my order was messed up. Missing all 10 of my biscuits. Got fries instead of mash potato, didn't get the spoons I asked for. I called like 6 times, (no answer) Had to drive back to fix my order.

Horrible service and food this is the third time in a row I got these burnt up dry tenders they look so sad

This honestly has to be THE cleanest Popeyes I've ever been to. People eat quietly and there is no mess!! It's so nice inside!

Staff can be more customer friendly but people in these days don 't care about customer service nomore. Food is always good , dessert as well and the lemonade ???? I love it! They aren 't stingy with their Condiments ranch and bbq A big plus compare to other fast-food places McDonald 's lol. And another thing they need to bring back the famous beignets!!!! Apple pies are delicious as well way better than you know who! lol . Overall good place.
