Golden Bean Coffee Experience

The Matcha tea is not prepared well and therefore does not taste that good. A little better quality of powder would be great too. And not using a metal spoon would help as well. Service was great though

Dead insect spotted in cold brew coffee glass. Staff refused to acknowledge and instead started to blame the customer for not being watchful and bringing to notice after drinking few sips. Insanely pathetic customer service!!

The coffee was good but they served everything in paper cups because the washing machine was broken. The coffeeshop was very dirty, almost every table had trash on it an was sticky. Please clean your tables.

Super friendly Staff, especially Tao. Love the vanilla sugar free chai and oat milk cappuccino

Didn't have any food, the coffee and hot chocolate were excellent. Not too busy. Nice atmosphere. Well worth the visit.
