After that, we went inside to finally receive our bag, and then they went back to the kitchen, making it feel like a challenge just to get a refund. Honestly, I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes just hoping they could manage to make a simple burger correctly.
I just pulled up to the drive-thru and witnessed the manager yelling at one of the employees, who remained respectful throughout the encounter. The manager then started to prepare my malt shake and handed it to me, but it wasn't filled all the way – it was significantly lacking. I pointed out that it was not full and that the manager seemed to expect me to just accept it. When I returned it, the manager sarcastically asked, “What are we going to do?” It wasn't the employee's fault; she simply didn’t fill it properly. I'm not interested in engaging in this kind of treatment. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and that goes for all customers and employees!
We absolutely love the chicken and dumplings from Lumberton DQ; they're always perfect on chilly days! So delicious!
I really appreciate the DQ staff! They are consistently friendly, even when there are long lines.
My food took six minutes to arrive, only to find it wasn't even my order. To make matters worse, the fries I received were cold and soggy.
