Jwilson's - Beaumont

This restaurant is a hidden gem! It surpasses even the highest standards, not just those of Beaumont. The boudin balls were the best I've ever had, and the biscuits and gravy were top-notch. They also have a great selection of beer and liquor, and the staff is extremely friendly. Our waiter, Brady, was fantastic, and the bartender, Christy, was very sweet. The only downside was that the Chicken Salad sandwich was a bit bland, but everything else was absolutely amazing.

This restaurant is definitely below average, especially considering the price. I ordered the Cobb salad and it was just okay. The dressing was awful! They called it a honey mustard vinaigrette, but it was very strong and tasted mostly like vinegar. I also tried the tomato bisque, which wasn't too bad. The highlight of my meal was the Man Candy.
