Mancini Woodfired Pizzeria - LUGARNO

Whilst a good local, the service can be hit and miss depending on who's on deck. Can get very noisy inside so on warm nights, eating outside is an option. Good pizzas but is a tad pricey.

This is a nice but unassuming little restaurant. The staff are great and really nice. I have been here multiple times and will be back again.

Turned up and ordered takeaway tonight from the restaurant. I was told it would be about 15 mins. ....so i went at waited in the car. 11 mins later, the lovely lady at front of house delivered it to me in the car......thanks for the great service.We will be back because of it !!!!Geoff.

We were very impressed with the excellent customer service. We were immediately greeted and offered a nice table. Out Orders were taken right away, and appetizers served within a couple minutes, as well as our beverages. Our entrees were the pumpkin and minestrone soups, delicious. The dessert menu looked very tempting. We will be back soon to try them out, as well as the pizza. Mancinis has a beautiful wood fire oven for baking their pizzas. The table near us had ordered amazing looking pizza, and we will order that on our next time when we visit Mancinis. Our server was very attentive.

I had not been to Mancini's for 12mths because my last visit was not a great one.Tonight I asked the kids did they want Dominos again or give Mancini's another go?We decided to go with Mancini's and I regret that very decision!The manager & customer service is appalling!I find the manager to be very passive aggressive!She doesn't care about pleasing the customer..Tonight was my last visit EVER!!
