Pizza Hut - Lufkin

Poor experience..Bad customer service. Cheesebreads were over cooked and dry...

Our order was sent out via door dash and the sanitary SEAL was broken on the food! Pizza hut DID NOT ask us if door dash was ok, I would have picked it up myself!!I do NOT use food delivery services except pizza!When I called to inquire the manager kendra, that is the name she gave) claimed the seal was already broken when it left the store, however, I called in from a number NOT associated with my account and never gave information for my order so she didn 't know what my order was nor what whether it was sealed!She was very rude and disrespectful and I had to throw away $30 worth of pizza!?

The first time I tried their pizza amazing. my friend recommended it me so I wanted to try it out for my self. When I took that first bite I was shocked. Best pizza I’ve ever tried but they should work on their prices; it is a little pricey.

Ordered a couple of pizzas on the website, came in to pick them up and Pizza Hut had gotten a large order just before they got to mine, thirty pizzas to be exact, and they were running a little behind and said it would be about eight minutes. I 'm a complete chill kind of guy so I told the really awesome employ, No problem, let me know when it 's ready, I 'll be right over there. I took a seat and it wasn 't long until my pizzas were done, the fella thank me for my patience, and I thanked him for making me the pizza hero in my house tonight. I checked the pizzas and they were spectacular! And they smelled great on the way home. Great experience and my family loved them! I can 't say enough good things about Pizza Hut on Timberland, they go above and beyond to make sure you 're happy!

The Lufkin Pizza huts have gotten way better over the last couple of years.
