Mcalister's Deli - Lufkin

My mom and I recently dined at the McAlister's in Lufkin. The restaurant was very clean and spacious. I ordered the Cranberry Orange McAlister sandwich along with the tomato and cucumber salad. Everything was tasty, though I thought there was a bit too much cranberry orange sauce on the sandwich. The meal includes four sandwich pieces and a side. Also, the Cinnabon cheesecake is a must-try!

Excellent food and service! The sandwiches, soups, and potatoes are fantastic. I highly recommend trying the Reuben; it’s like the Voltron of sandwiches—far superior to the individual components.

The service was polite and quick. The Ultimate Nachos had great flavor and a generous amount of meat sauce, along with good toppings, but the chips were stale. The King Club had a nice flavor and a satisfying amount of ingredients, but the bread was also stale. Next time, I'll make sure to check the freshness of the chips and bread before leaving.

Went here for the first time in several years. Kids meals were excellently priced! A lot of menu options, wish we had a menu to put in hand instead of craning our necks up trying to capture it all in. Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean restaurant in a good area
