The food is always consistent and delicious. Although we haven't been able to visit as often this year due to Covid, we are eagerly looking forward to next ski season when we can once again enjoy your wonderful food and hospitality. Thank you for always being there for us.
The restaurant was busy. As a resident, I enjoyed sitting close to a table of noisy visitors from New York. The steak lacked flavor and seasoning. It was not worth the price and I likely will not return.
We had made reservations but were seated in a room that only accommodates large groups. It was so noisy that I couldn't even hear the other people at my own table. We had to wait 2 hours from the time we arrived until our meal was served, which made us all feel restless. Our waitress did a good job, but it seemed like she was overwhelmed trying to handle the entire room, which was divided into three sections for groups of 6-12 people. I didn't see any other servers, and the crowded room made it difficult to maintain proper COVID precautions.
A+. Waiter (Jake) was fantastic. Jake gave us great advice (he suggested I crust my prime rib on the grill) amongst a few other tips, my son got the tenderloin. Both cooked perfectly medium rare. Meat was excellent. Super cool place. Will go back next time we’re in town. We had early rez (5:30) and was empty, was FULL THROTTLE By time we left. Suggest reservations. Great spot. Thank you!
Service training appears to be non existent. Waitress handled glassware from rim (sanitation, covid concerns? , expediter had to auction the food when they got to the table instead of knowing who ordered what (not what should be expected at this price point . Checking back or cleaning dirty dishes took forever (no crowd due to COVID and overall detracted from an otherwise quality meal.
