Burger King - Ludington

I went here for a breakfast sandwich because McDonald's had closed their lobby and the drive-thru was packed. It was clear they didn't have enough staff. I decided to go to Burger King instead, where there were only two cars in the parking lot, the lobby was open, and the drive-thru seemed to be attended by someone. It's surprising how one place can be so congested, forcing you to wait 20 minutes in line, while another is completely accessible. It’s as if they prioritize speed over customer service.

I don't visit this restaurant frequently, but during my last trip, I was surprised by how much their prices have increased. At this point, a burger from a nearby local place is only slightly more expensive. Additionally, my burger wasn't very warm; in fact, the cheese was cold.

The hiring manager Jessica is the rudest person I 've ever talked to. I called and it took over a minute to answer, when she finally did I joking said, wow that took awhile . She rudely said, we are busy what do you want? , I asked for the hiring manager and low and behold it was her. What kind of place is burger King when they let people like her run it?

I always go and order things online and every time they tell me they don’t have the items or they make more wrong. Idk if it messes up when they receive but they need to change or they will always be everyone’s last stop for food

Fast drive thru. Friendly staff. The rest is typical Burger King.
