Tommy’s Grill On Grove - Loudon

EXCELLENT! We always leave here feeling happy and satisfied. The service is consistently excellent, and the food tastes just like home-cooked meals.

Now, onto the food, which is the main focus of any review. Unfortunately, I can't say much for my meal. I ordered an omelette and hash browns, and they arrived quickly and hot. The omelette was decent — nothing extraordinary — and while there was plenty of it, I suspect only the eggs were fresh. The hash browns, on the other hand, tasted like they came straight from the freezer. I wanted to enjoy this place, but for $20.00, I expected a bit more.

I've been eating here for years! I make it a point to stop by every time I'm in town. It's still the best cheeseburger this side of the Mississippi!

Old school diner in quaint Downtown Loudon. I was greeted by Tommy and briefly chatted. After two occasions to dine here I have found the food to be good.On my first visit ,I had the breaded steak with mash potatoes. Was kind of expecting it to be a like a chicken fried steak style; however, It was more of a breading on a chicken patty but on a steak. Itwas decent but will pass on it next time.My second visit I tried a cheeseburger. I loved it being a hand press patty, seasoned well, and ooey gooey juciy drippings running out the back. Good old fashion burger.I liked that they serve and have available draft and bottled beer.Look for daily specials.

This place is great! Everyone is very friendly. The food I have had is very yummy! Unfortunately I have not been able to go during normal business hours. The only times I have been are when they have stayed open late for a special thing for Modern Woodmen representative Brandon Millard. Thank you, Brandon!
