Rootstock Wine Los Gatos

After locating a table, I waited ten minutes without being served, so I moved to a table closer to the entrance, thinking perhaps I was out of sight. Unfortunately, the waitress continued to ignore me. To make matters worse, my table was wobbly, as was my chair. Feeling frustrated, I decided to leave because I value being treated well in a clean and organized environment where I can enjoy my time as a paying customer. I don't know what the waitress's issue was, but it shouldn't affect guests. I sincerely hope management addresses her attitude and encourages a friendlier approach to customer service. Additionally, the restaurant itself was unkempt; used glasses were piled on a guest table, making it feel more like a kitchen than a dining area. I won't be returning!

Great atmosphere! It's a fun spot to relax with friends and sample some excellent wines. They offer a variety of wine flights, which are quite enjoyable. I do wish the staff were a bit more welcoming, but overall, it’s a fantastic place to visit in downtown LA.

I had a fantastic time! The wine here is outstanding. They also have another location in Mountain View.

Great wine list. Tasty appetizers. Happy hour menu is very good.

This is the spot if you LOVE wine! It's all about wine here! Has all the wine you'll ever want with some great food options as well! I highly recommend a visit!
