Loma Brewing Company - Los Gatos

Great atmosphere with live music on certain days. In our group of 4 enjoyed all their food and all available beer flight options. Overall great experience and would go back happy to try more of their beer and menu elements!

I could sprout LIVE on her hatch and make chips at home!! All right. I live in Marin County and visited family. We all had the best food. As mentioned above, add that her brisket. They leave very satisfied and full wire a good amount of remnants!

A friend was in town on business and wanted to meet me for dinner. We both enjoy craft beer, so Loma Brewing Co. was the obvious choice. It was a little too chilly to sit outside, there weren?t any propane heaters, and the picnic tables didn?t look inviting, so we opted for the dining room. We were anxious to try their house-brewed beers and we weren?t disappointed. They always have ten or more on tap. You can choose the number of beers in a flight so he ordered three: ?The Trouble with Tripels? which is a strong Belgian style ale, the unusual ?Sour Sport?, which he thought had a very definite sour taste, and ?Always Sunny in LG?, an Irish dry stout. I just had a glass of stout. We agreed that the stout was probably the best of the three, with the same creamy foam head as Guinness but without the heaviness. For starters, we shared the crispy fried Brussels sprouts which we thought had just the right amount of teriyaki glaze to cut the bitterness. I had the Wagyu Burger without cheese and he ordered the Roadhouse (Wagyu Burger. Both were perfectly cooked medium-rare. The American Wagyu was more tender and juicy and not as heavy as ordinary beef. The fries were hot but not as crispy as we would have liked. Service was ok but not terrific. There was only one server for the mostly empty dining room and she seemed to disappear for long stretches of time. The biggest problem was the noise level. It was almost impossible to hold a conversation without shouting after the DJ in the bar started playing. My handy Soundprint app recorded a peak level of 90db which is deafening. (The average level for conversation should be around 70db. . We hadn?t seen one another in a long time and really wanted to talk, so we would?ve walked out if we hadn?t already ordered. In summary, this might be a good place to go with a group of friends if you?re in a partying mood and want to hang out in the bar to enjoy a couple of craft beers. From our experience, the food, service, and atmosphere were just average.

My husband and I came here with some friends. We were sitting outside. The waitress would only give us beer in plastic cups. The food we ordered lasted forever to be ready. We have them in to-go boxes, the way plastic food in them. We ended up with so much garbage that I felt guilty of coming here. The beer was average. The food was like that.

Nice place in the middle of the LG city centre. I've been here a few times since it opened after LG brewery closed... this last time I visited I felt that the beers I had were much better than the times in the past. Also I will say the burgers and pommes I had excellent. I like there was a seating area on one side, more standing tables and stools and even a sofa/club chair area. There was also an outside seat. The prices were fair for the area, beer selection was good and the one I had good. I liked the sour, not so much the Scotch Ale. It was not too busy inside, but a steady stream of people who pick orders to take home. I will definitely come back to try some more of her breasts and burgers.
