Ying Hana Teriyaki - Los Angeles

This restaurant serves excellent food at a great price, especially their teriyaki plates. They are quick to prepare your order and the interior is clean and charming. I didn't think much of it before giving it a try, but now I am hooked and highly recommend it to others.

The food at this restaurant was enjoyable, however, the front of house staff member, who happened to be African American, was impolite and spoke in a low voice. Their lack of customer service skills made me feel uneasy and I question why they are employed there.

I ordered a filet mignon, chicken, and shrimp dinner through Postmates. Unfortunately, the filet was overcooked, the shrimp was rubbery, and the chicken was old and tough. The only redeeming qualities were the rice and teriyaki sauce. I felt like I paid too much for just rice. I attempted to call the restaurant to have my order remade, but there was no voicemail and no one answered. I hope they reach out to rectify the situation so I can update my review.

Dirt cheap for the amount of meat they give you. I have no idea how this place is profitable with these prices, maybe it's a front, I don't care. 30-40 bucks could easily feed 3-4 people here

Good wasn't amazing but will do for a fast food meal if nothing else is open. Service was cool and friendly. Mom pop shop ambiance.
