Whisper Lounge - Los Angeles

I discovered their secret happy hour menu and we decided to try it out before going to the movies at the Pacific Grove. It was incredible service, we got our food very quickly, the beers were very affordable (although the happy hour beer list is not that extensive), the wine choices were great. All the food was fantastic, especially the fries with truffle aioli. We will definitely go back for their Happy Hour. P.S. We went on a Friday night, there was live music in the outdoor seating area, which was very nice as well. Not sure if it's only Fridays that they have live music, however.

This review only applies to the service, as we left before we could eat. After we sat down, it took a while for our server to come to our table, so when she did we order our drinks and dinner. 25 minutes went by and we still did have our drinks (a Sprite and a hot tea). With our server nowhere in sight we made the decision to cut our loses and we left. The ambience is great, but the slow service seems to be a common complaint in this restaurant. Hopefully the management will get the message and address the problem.

Zach was amazing-he was friendly and attentive. The good was great-the drink were even better! The whole staff was great!

Stopped in for drinks and a appetizer. The decor is very nice, the service was slow because they only had one waitress for the whole restaurant. The lemon meringue drop was a yummy drink and the roasted cauliflower was a nice healthy light option.

The service was great and food was wonderful. We sat in the patio area. It was really hot outside but because their patio was a covered patio, we were comfortable.
